For your convenience, accommodations have been made by default at the Stanford Park Hotel.
A two night (June 3-4) stay has been arranged for conference attendees traveling from outside the Bay Area and a one night (June 4) stay has been arranged for conference attendees traveling from withing the Bay Area. Rooms have not been reserved for Stanford affiliates.
Rooms will be automatically billed to Stanford Law School. Please contact Trish Gertridge at (650) 725-5001 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you require alternate arrangements.

Taxis and shuttles are available for curbside pickup from all Bay Area Airports. Below is a list of local taxi and shuttle companies you can call if you wish to pre-arrange your pick ups.

Please note that shuttles will be available to transport conference attendees to and from the Stanford Park Hotel both days of the conference. Because parking is difficult on campus, we encourage our local attendees to park their car at the Stanford Park Hotel and utilize the shuttle service arranged for this event.

ON CAMPUS PARKING INFORMATION
The closest parking lot to Stanford Law School is Parking Structure 6, an underground parking garage located under Wilbur Field. The entrance is on Wilbur Lane accessible off Campus Drive. Bowdoin is not a through street coming from Arguello Mall. Please allow yourself time to look for parking, as parking can be difficult on campus. Please click here for detailed parking map.
Parking is enforced Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Please be sure that the month, date and year is scratched off clearly on your permit and that it is visible. Also, be sure to park in an “A” or “C” marked parking spot. If a parking permit was request during registration for this conference, the permit will be mailed to you shortly. If you need a parking permit, please contact Jodie Carian.
Parking is free Monday through Friday after 4:00PM and on the weekends.

Classrooms at Stanford Law School are equipped with LCD projectors, projection screens and laptops. Free wireless internet connection will also be available during the conference.
