Lance Ang
Lance has been a Research Associate at the Centre for Asian Legal Studies at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, where he also served as an Associate Editor of the Asian Journal of Comparative Law. He has published his work in several leading international legal journals, including the Harvard International Law Journal and the Asian Journal of Comparative Law, and has been invited to present his scholarship at the University of Oxford, UNSW Law, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Monash University, National University of Singapore and University of Auckland. He has been awarded the ICGRG Routledge Prize and High Commendation Award at the Corporate Law Teachers Association Conference 2020, the flagship corporate law conference in the Commonwealth. Lance is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and graduated from the National University of Singapore with LLB (Honours) where he was placed on the Dean’s List. Lance has advised on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and regulatory and compliance matters and previously worked as a legal counsel in an international bank.
