Biography
Logan Brown is the founder and CEO of Soxton, an AI-native legal services company providing flat-fee outside general counsel to startups with an attorney-in-the-loop model. Since launch, Soxton has served thousands of start ups and has been featured in Fortune, Above the Law, Business Insider and more.
Before Soxton, Logan practiced emerging companies and venture capital law at Cooley, where she helped open the firm’s Miami office. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and was a 2018 Marshall Scholar. She also attended Vanderbilt University.
