{"id":92,"date":"2021-08-29T07:20:40","date_gmt":"2021-08-29T07:20:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conferences.law.stanford.edu\/50threunion\/?page_id=92"},"modified":"2021-09-03T01:15:52","modified_gmt":"2021-09-03T01:15:52","slug":"covid-19","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conferences.law.stanford.edu\/50threunion\/covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With health and safety top of mind, we are implementing the following University COVID-19 precautions and protocols for your in-person reunion on campus. <\/span><b>Per University policy, attendees unwilling to comply with Reunion safety protocols will be asked to leave campus immediately. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Before you arrive:<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All reunion attendees (including guests who are 12+ years old), students, faculty, staff, and postdoctoral scholars are <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">required<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to be fully vaccinated* for COVID-19. This includes all alumni <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> their guests.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">*If seeking an exemption for religious or medical reasons, please contact the <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/diversityandaccess.stanford.edu\/covid-19-disability\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diversity and Access Office<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> at disability.access@stanford.edu. If granted an exemption, you will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of your arrival on campus.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Register!<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Every<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> attendee (all alumni and their guests) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">must register in advance<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <em><strong>Anyone who does not register in advance will be turned away.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Only <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">one<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> guest per alum is permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepare to provide proof of FULL vaccination. When arriving on campus, all reunion attendees will be asked to provide visual proof of vaccination.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>You must bring<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A photo ID<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the following<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vaccine card<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Photo of your vaccine card<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Digital COVID-19 vaccine record using the<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov\/?utm_source=wordfly&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=SL21SFBcovidupdateDNO7.10&amp;utm_content=version_A\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">My Vaccine Record app<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><i>*Vaccination documentation should clearly indicate: Full Name, Birthdate, Vaccine name\/manufacturer, and Date of vaccination(s), and Doctor\u2019s signature, stamp, official letterhead (if applicable).<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If an attendee is not vaccinated for medical or religious reasons, and has been granted an exemption by the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diversityandaccess.stanford.edu\/covid-19-disability\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diversity and Access Office<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, they must provide visual proof of a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">negative COVID-19 test that is dated within the past 72 hours prior to arrival onsite<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b><i>Your first day on campus:<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All reunion attendees are required to complete a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/redcap.stanford.edu\/surveys\/?s=TMJAC9X3JM\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. This applies to all programs in Paul Brest Hall and in the classrooms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During programs, presenters and speakers are also required to wear masks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Masks must meet the standards of<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/healthalerts.stanford.edu\/covid-19\/2020\/05\/13\/updated-guidance-on-face-coverings-in-stanford-facilities-in-palo-alto-and-in-other-parts-of-main-campus\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stanford\u2019s policy on face coverings<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Face shields are not an acceptable substitute for masks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We are keeping the doors open to Paul Brest Hall and the Stanford Faculty Club (location of your class party) for increased air flow.
