Biography
Grant L. Kim is a partner at LimNexus LLP, a minority-owned boutique that he joined after working for thirty years at top international law firms in San Francisco, Seoul, and Tokyo. He has served as an arbitrator or counsel in numerous international and domestic arbitrations involving patent, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and Internet domain names and policies. He has also served as counsel in numerous IP disputes in the U.S. courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
Grant loves to learn about cutting-edge technology and to grapple with the complex issues presented by intellectual property disputes. He is a member of the arbitrator panels of the ICDR, AAA, WIPO, CPR, HKIAC, and KCAB International. He has also been appointed to the Tech List of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center and is a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
