Biography
Sarah Reynolds is the managing partner of Goldman Ismail and the CEO of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center. Sarah represents multinational corporations before domestic and international arbitral bodies, including JAMS, AAA, ICC, WIPO and ICDR. With a focus on technology companies, those disputes range from complex commercial supply agreements to technology licensing agreements. Sarah’s arbitration experience also includes acting as an arbitrator and obtaining and defending against judicial review of arbitration awards, and drafting and reviewing arbitration clauses in transaction agreements. Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a has completed the Center for Conflict Resolution’s Mediation Training Program.
