Biography
Serena K. Lee is the Vice President of Operations for the San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Seattle resolution centers for JAMS. She formerly served as a Vice President, Commercial Division, with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). A frequent lecturer and instructor on alternative dispute resolution processes, Serena has devoted her entire legal career in the ADR field. She is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she received her mediator certification. Serena currently serves as the Vice Chair of the California Lawyer Association (CLA) Litigation Section’s ADR Committee and is an active member of the Asian Bar Association of Greater Bay Area’s Education Committee, where she served as a past Chair. She is a long time member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution and a former Committee Chair for the Section’s Membership, Young Lawyers and the Fellowship Committees.
