Why is Alumni Weekend postponed?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stanford Law School has made the difficult decision to postpone Alumni Weekend 2020 until 2021 due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation. This decision is based on guidance from the university, consideration for public health, and concern for the well-being of students, alumni, faculty and staff. Our plan is to offer an engaging reunion experience in 2021 when large gatherings may be permitted.<\/p>\n

Are virtual events planned so I can reconnect with my class?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will work with reunion committees for each class to determine how the class may best connect online in 2020. We will continue to share updates as these online offerings come together. We appreciate your patience and support as we develop these plans to celebrate your SLS milestone.<\/p>\n

How do I receive a refund on my hotel reservations made on the Stanford reunion website?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have made hotel reservations on reunion.stanford.edu through HBC Event Services, please follow the cancelation instructions in your reservation confirmation or contact them at (505) 346-0522 or email support@hbceventservices.com<\/a>. If you have made arrangements with hotels or third-party agencies, please contact them directly to inquire about their cancellation policy.<\/p>\n

Is the football game on Saturday, October 17 canceled?<\/strong><\/p>\n

At this time, all fall competitions are scheduled to take place as originally scheduled. Updates regarding Stanford Athletic events will be added here as information becomes available.<\/p>\n

Can I still submit my Class Book page?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. Visit the Class Book webpage <\/a>to create your page and view the book. We understand this is a difficult time for many, but your Class Book is a special (virtual) way to catch up with your classmates.<\/p>\n

When will Alumni Weekend 2021 dates be announced?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Typically, the dates for Alumni Weekend are announced approximately 10 months in advance.<\/p>\n

Will Alumni Weekend 2021 have combined events with next year\u2019s reunion classes?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We thank you for your patience while we explore many scenarios (including possible combined events) and determine the best course of action for all alumni celebrating their reunion.<\/p>\n

If I am celebrating my Stanford University or Graduate School of Business reunion also, what are the plans?<\/strong><\/p>\n
