This year, BAAPALSA will explore topics critical to our multifaceted community: the 2020 Census, voting rights, representation, affirmative action, data disaggregation, and immigration.<\/p>\n<p>Our keynote speaker will be New York Deputy Solicitor General Steven Wu.
