Ron Bell is Chief Legal & Administrative Officer of Collective Health, a venture-backed health technology startup headquartered in the Bay Area with offices in Lehi, Utah and Chicago, Illinois. Collective Health serves self-funded health plans at leading employers throughout the United States and combines award-winning technology with industry-leading customer service to help employers and their members find, navigate, and pay for care. At Collective Health, legal, compliance, and people leaders report to Ron. Previously, he held national and global legal roles at Yahoo! Inc., including General Counsel, and at Apple, Inc., and was an associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal (now part of Dentons). Ron received his J.D. from the University of Chicago in 1992. He is a member of the California and Illinois state bars.
