Biography
Brad Serwin is an experienced attorney and legal leader with 30+ years of professional experience. He has spent the last 20+ years as General Counsel or SVP/Deputy General Counsel in consumer facing companies in the technology, hospitality and gaming spaces. He trained for nine years in private practice as a M&A and SEC attorney. His professional goals are to work with companies that are changing the world, to work with smart, driven teams and to never stop learning. He’s frequently been the sole in-house attorney and I’ve also managed teams from 6 to 160 professionals in size.
