Catharina Min

Biography

Catharina Min specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, emerging companies, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other corporate transactions. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions with companies located in Asia, Europe and Africa.

Catharina is a frequent speaker at many organizations, including the Practising Law Institute, Association of Corporate Counsel, SV Forum, the Korean IT Network and various technology incubators covering topics related to cross-border transactions and venture capital financings. She also regularly speaks on panels for California Women Lawyers, Korean-American Bar Association, Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Asian Business League and other organizations on mentoring and advancement of women and diverse lawyers.

She was recently recognized as a Woman of Achievement by Legal Momentum and as a “Trailblazer” by the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California.

She was Overseas President of IAKL and KABA and co-founder and past chair of the Board of the Council of Korean Americans.

Catharina graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1990 where she was an editor of Virginia Law Review.
