Biography
As General Counsel for Roblox, Mark Reinstra leads the Legal and Advocacy teams that support Roblox’s global growth, including its international expansion, privacy and data security, compliance and advocacy efforts. Mark manages Roblox’ legal functions, including SEC compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property and international regulatory compliance. In addition, Mark supervises Roblox’ government relations and civility efforts.
Prior to joining Roblox, Mark was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practiced corporate and securities law for 25 years. Mark began working with Roblox as its outside counsel in 2005. Mark previously taught New Venture Finance at both UC Berkeley School of Law and at Stanford Law School. He also lectured at both Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley as well as Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Mark received his JD from Stanford Law School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
