Shelley Webb

Biography

Shelley Webb is the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and People Officer of PagerDuty. In this role, she leads the Legal and People teams and oversees all legal matters, government affairs, and the people strategy for PagerDuty. She also leads the company’s global impact work, including environmental, social, and governance strategy.

Before joining PagerDuty, Shelley spent over eight years at Intel, serving in various roles, including Vice President and Group General Counsel for Intel’s PC business, its largest business unit delivering $40 billion in annual revenue. In prior roles at Intel, she led the legal and policy response to the Spectre and Meltdown security vulnerabilities, and she also led litigation and antitrust matters for Intel in the U.S. and globally. Shelley began her career as a litigator at Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C.

Shelley received her bachelor’s degree in economics and government with high distinction from the University of Virginia and her law degree from Stanford Law School. She is a member of the Board of Directors for The Software Alliance (BSA) and the Stanford Law School Board of Visitors.
