Biography
Valerie was the General Counsel for SHEIN Distribution Corporation and was tasked with building SHEIN’s global legal and compliance infrastructure. She handled all things legal and non-legal while at SHEIN. Valerie comes from an intellectual property and litigation background. She was a long-time shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office, where she counseled clients on a variety of IP, licensing and technology issues and represented clients in federal court litigations involving IP and platform liability disputes. Valerie spent her early associate years at Orrick Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. Valerie is currently enjoying a sabbatical.
