Biography
Arjun Ravi is Senior Counsel at Discord, where he leads strategic transactions and go-to-market commercial legal efforts to develop, launch, and scale new revenue and product lines across a wide range of business verticals at Discord. Arjun has deep experience in negotiating integration deals with key consoles, publishers and platforms, advertising and sponsorship transactions with brands and agencies, and digital collectible licensing agreements with major entertainment and gaming companies.
Before joining Discord, Arjun was an Associate in the Technology Transactions group at Fenwick & West, where he advised clients in emerging technology sectors including gaming, digital media, and blockchain. Prior to Fenwick, he practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell in their Intellectual Property and Technology Group.
Arjun graduated from Cornell University Law School, earning his J.D. summa cum laude, and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UC Davis. He is admitted to the bar in both California and New York.
