Biography
Mr. Serwin has served as our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since May 2020. Mr. Serwin has over 30 years of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer. Prior to joining us, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Glassdoor, Inc., an online employer review and rating website, from June 2015 to May 2020. From March 2012 to June 2015, Mr. Serwin served as a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at eBay Inc., a multinational internet marketplace. Mr. Serwin holds a B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
