Biography
Jason Sebring is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Rakuten International, overseeing legal and compliance functions for a diverse group of global Internet services companies. Prior to joining Rakuten, Jason served as SVP & General Counsel at Shutterfly from 2016 to 2021. Before moving in-house, Jason spent over 17 years in private practice. He was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Shearman & Sterling LLP (Now A&O Shearman) from 1998 to 2000 and then held a number of roles (including Partner) at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 2000 to 2016.
