Biography
Julian is a partner in Linklaters’ London TMT practice and he is also a co-head of the global digital infrastructure team. Julian has 25 years’ experience working on both commercial and regulatory TMT projects. In recent years Julian has been involved in several data centre transactions involving both development and stabilised portfolios, as well as fibre roll-outs and mobile network sharing transactions. The work has involved arms’ length servicing transactions, carve-outs and joint ventures to share digital infrastructure.
