Biography
Lennie is a founding member of Flatiron Law Group, a boutique firm handling M&A, startup and emerging growth companies’ foundation, venture funding and commercial technology transactions.
He is a nationally recognized authority on technology and internet law. Known for his high energy and unique blend of legal knowledge, technology expertise and skills, Lennie serves as trusted advisor to dozens of multinationals and smaller corporates, financial institutions, startups, hospitals and healthcare providers, and venture backed firms across industries including, e-business, retail, hardware and software vendors and maintenance providers, communications and energy, frequently involving the development, licensing and deployment of breakthrough technologies.
He is also the architect and software developer of Deal Driver Technologies, the transaction management platform utilized by Flatiron Law to efficiently execute complex M&A transactions on a flat fee basis. Deal Driver will be released as a SaaS transaction management platform this summer.
He is a former partner and technology & IP practice chair of global law firms, and has been the creator and chair of numerous PLI seminars.
