Biography
Matt is Head of Complex Commercial Transactions at Cerebras, a builder of computing systems for AI inference and training. Prior to Cerebras, he worked at Intel where he served as the primary legal advisor for Intel’s multibillion-dollar Network and Edge business and held other senior IP, litigation, and business legal roles at the company. Prior to joining Intel, Matt was an intellectual property trial lawyer at Am Law 200 firms in Silicon Valley and a registered patent attorney. He received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
