Biography
Noah is the Director of Regulatory and International Legal at Roblox. In this role, Noah leads a global team of attorneys who advise on digital safety, AI, and youth protection obligations, among other regulatory matters.
Prior to Roblox, Noah was senior counsel at Perkins Coie LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s privacy & security group and co-chaired its digital safety practice. He has also served as a director and associate general counsel at Twitter, a legal officer at the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs, and a law clerk for The Honorable Victor Marrero, US District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
Noah has a BA from Duke University, a JD from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Law from Cambridge University.
