Anna Naydonov is a first-chair litigator representing the world’s largest technology companies and consumer brands, named by Chambers USA 2025 as a top practitioner in both Intellectual Property Litigation and Trademark, Copyright and Trade Secrets. She has led a string of victories across jury and bench trials, class certification and appellate wins in copyright, trademark, trade dress and AI matters. She represents leading AI developers, including in an ongoing Third Circuit case that will be the first appellate decision in the U.S. on the issue of copyright fair use in AI model training.
