Biography
Bill is an Executive Consultant with B. Riley Advisory Services, a B. Riley Financial Company. He has broad legal experience across a number of industries, including Financial Services, Technology, Communications and Energy. And has served as the General Counsel to EM Capital Management, LLC and Silver Oak Partners, LLC. Prior to those positions, he was the Director of Legal Affairs at Beyond.com, and Corporate Counsel for the Pacific, Gas & Electric Co.(“PG&E”)
