Elvis Stumbergs

Biography

Elvis Stumbergs (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, AIGP) is Managing Privacy Counsel at Electronic Arts, where he helps lead the company's global privacy program for hundreds of millions of players and more than 14,000 employees worldwide. His work focuses on AI enablement, data governance, child and teen data protection, security, and enterprise compliance.

Before joining EA, Elvis advised Sprint (now T-Mobile) on privacy across its U.S. wireless and global business units, with an emphasis on ad tech, marketing, and
telecom-specific regulation. He entered private practice as an associate at WilmerHale in Washington, D.C., handling privacy, telecommunications regulatory, and antitrust matters, and started his legal career as an honors attorney at the Federal Communications Commission.

Elvis earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and his B.A. from UCLA, where he graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
