Biography
Tracy Wilkison is an attorney with more than 20 years of investigation, cybersecurity, data privacy, litigation, risk management and regulatory compliance experience. At FTI Consulting for the past three years, she advises clients on their most complicated challenges, from readiness and gap assessments to regulation, enforcement, incident response, and complex investigations and litigation. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Tracy served as the United States Attorney at the United States Attorney’s Office of the Central District of California, following a career of more than 22 years as an Assistant United States Attorney. As U.S. Attorney, Tracy supervised more than 500 employees in connection with a broad range of criminal, civil, and administrative investigative and prosecution matters, including many of the most significant cyber crime, public corruption, fraud, money laundering, and violent crime cases in the country. Tracy also served as Chief of the Cyber and Intellectual Property unit, where she was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of computer-related crimes, such as unauthorized access of computers and extortion, as well as intellectual property crimes, including importing and selling counterfeit goods and the theft of trade secrets.
