Frances Seymour is a Distinguished Senior Fellow at World Resources Institute and is one of the world’s foremost authorities on sustainable development whose extensive research, leadership and management experience has given her a deep understanding of the environment-related opportunities and challenges facing developing countries. Frances is also Chair of the Board of the Architecture for REDD+ Transactions (ART), which manages a standard for jurisdictional-scale tropical forest carbon credits.
