{"id":18,"date":"2021-06-02T20:33:27","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T20:33:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conferences.law.stanford.edu\/celebration-of-the-life-and-legacy-of-deborah-l-rhode\/?page_id=18"},"modified":"2021-08-25T19:00:11","modified_gmt":"2021-08-25T19:00:11","slug":"rsvp","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conferences.law.stanford.edu\/celebration-of-the-life-and-legacy-of-deborah-l-rhode\/rsvp\/","title":{"rendered":"RSVP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CURRENT CAMPUS COVID POLICIES<\/p>\n<p>Based on Santa Clara and San Mateo County orders and CDC guidance,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthalerts.stanford.edu\/covid-19\/2020\/05\/13\/updated-guidance-on-face-coverings-in-stanford-facilities-in-palo-alto-and-in-other-parts-of-main-campus\/\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/healthalerts.stanford.edu\/covid-19\/2020\/05\/13\/updated-guidance-on-face-coverings-in-stanford-facilities-in-palo-alto-and-in-other-parts-of-main-campus\/\">face coverings are required indoors<\/a>\u00a0for all individuals regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, at crowded outdoor events where physical distancing is difficult, and when using public transportation, carts and other university vehicles occupied by more than one person. Campus community members who are fully vaccinated for COVID are not required to wear face coverings in other outdoor settings. Updates will be added as we get closer to fall quarter.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure the safety and public health of our Stanford University community, approved visitors must attest that they have screened themselves prior to arriving on Stanford campuses, do not have COVID-like symptoms, and that they are not in a restricted status requiring isolation or quarantine.\u00a0<strong>All visitors coming to a Stanford campus must attest that they meet at least one of two criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) be fully vaccinated against COVID-19<br \/>\n2) receive a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to arrival onsite<\/p>\n<p>To attest, visitors must complete the<a href=\"https:\/\/redcap.stanford.edu\/surveys\/?s=TMJAC9X3JM\" data-cke-saved-href=\"https:\/\/redcap.stanford.edu\/surveys\/?s=TMJAC9X3JM\">\u00a0Stanford Visitor: Daily COVID-19 Health Attestation<\/a>, on the day of the event. Both the visitor and the Stanford contact will receive copies of the completed attestation form.
