Biography
Andrew is a Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Alberta. He has a BA from the University of Saskatchewan, an MA from the University of Western Ontario, and a PhD. from the University of British Columbia. His research falls mainly within the area of industrial organization. With coauthors, he has examined pricing and other strategic choices by firms in gasoline retailing, shopping centers, and liquor retailing. His current research is focused on restructured electricity markets.
