Biography
Kirill specialises in data protection & privacy law, EU law, and competition law. He also assists with various digital economy-related areas, such as e-commerce, cybersecurity, digital competition law, and consumer protection in the digital age. In addition, Kirill has expertise in the EU internal market law and EU citizenship law. Kirill is a PhD candidate in competition law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he researches the anticompetitive effects of blockchain forks. He is also an editor at Computational Antitrust Journal, CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics, and a fellow at European Law Institute (ELI) and Amsterdam Law & Technology Institute (ALTI).
