Biography
Legal Director at the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS), responsible for reviewing decisions, supervising investigations, assessing mergers and advice on legal and policy matters. Winnie was instrumental in developing CCCS’ Fast Track Procedure and enhancing Leniency Guidelines. Prior to joining CCCS, she was an Assistant Director of Litigation in the UK Office of Fair Trading, litigating competition and consumer cases in the UK Courts and Competition Appeal Tribunal.
