Beatriz Botero
Beatriz Botero Arcila is an assistant professor of law at Sciences Po and a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. She holds an SJD and an LLM from Harvard Law School and is a lawyer from Universidad de Los Andes, in Bogotá, Colombia. Her research and expertise focus on data governance, privacy law, and AI governance, mostly in Europe and the US. Beatriz is also a co-founder of the Edgelands Institute.
