Teresa Shea is executive vice president, director of cyber reboot at In-Q-Tel, where she focuses on improving the state cyber security. Ms. Shea joined IQT after her career with the National Security Agency, where she served in numerous key positions including as the director of signals intelligence. She is the recipient of several honors including the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Civilian Service, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, and two Presidential Distinguished Rank Awards. Teresa is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (BSEE) and Johns Hopkins University (MSEE).
