Marc Boiron
Marc Boiron is General Counsel of dYdX Trading Inc. Prior to joining dYdX, he was a Partner in the Financial Services group of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. His practice focused on the blockchain and digital assets industry, with particular attention to decentralized finance. He also advised venture funds making investments in blockchain companies and digital assets. Before joining Manatt, Marc practiced in the blockchain and cryptocurrency practice of two AmLaw 200 law firms, assisting companies on financings and with regulatory advice. Marc is a frequent speaker on regulatory and policy issues relating to blockchain technology and decentralized finance specifically.
