Directors’ College is the nation’s premier executive education program for directors and C-level executives of publicly traded firms and prominent private companies. The program examines the key responsibilities and challenges facing modern boards — the board’s role in setting business strategy, CEO succession and evaluation, managing legal and reputational risk, responding to activist investors, navigating boardroom dynamics and culture, and engaging with pressing issues such as artificial intelligence and the politicization of the corporation. Each year it convenes leading CEOs, directors, regulators, jurists, and scholars for a rigorous and balanced examination of corporate governance and the evolving role of the board.

The program is designed for sitting directors and C-level executives of publicly traded and prominent private companies. Candidates with substantial governance experience who are actively pursuing corporate board service are also considered.

Registration is currently open to Directors’ College alumni. All other prospective participants are asked to submit an application. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applicants will be notified once their application is considered.
