PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Directors’ College is the nation’s premier executive education program for directors and senior executives of publicly traded firms. Now in its twenty-third year, Directors’ College brings together leading CEOs, directors, regulators, jurists, and scholars for a rigorous and balanced examination of corporate governance, strategy, and compliance. The program addresses a broad range of problems that confront modern boards, including the board’s role in setting business strategy, CEO and board succession, crisis management, techniques for controlling legal liability, challenges posed by activist investors, boardroom dynamics, international trade issues, the global economy, and cybersecurity threats.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Attendance at Directors’ College 2017 is limited to directors, executives, attorneys, and corporate governance professionals. Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the program directors. Historically, this event has filled at least one month in advance with little capacity for registration after that time. We advise registering early to ensure your participation.

Tuition covers admission to all panels and keynotes; attendance at the opening reception; daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners; access to the 2017 Directors’ College supplemental reading materials; and a formal certificate of completion. Please note that travel and lodging costs are the responsibility of each participant

General Tuition Rates:
$6,950 on or before November 15, 2016
$7,950 after Nov. 15, 2016 and through February 28, 2017
$8,450 after February 28, 2017

Payment and Cancellation Policies: Full payment must be received within 30 days of registration or by June 1, 2017, whichever is earlier. Failure to submit payment will result in cancellation of your registration. Cancellations prior to March 1, 2017 are subject to a $850 processing fee; cancellations between March 1 and May 15, 2017, will receive a credit voucher for the next year’s program, less the $850 processing fee; and cancellations after May 15, 2017, will result in forfeiture of the entire program fee.
