James D. White

Chairman of the Board, Adtalem Global Education and former Chairman, President and CEO, Jamba Juice

James D. White currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Adtalem Global Education; he has also served on the boards of several public companies, including Panera Bread, Callidus Cloud, Hillshire Brands and Keane, Inc. White is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Jamba Juice, a leading global healthy lifestyle brand. Prior to his tenure at Jamba Juice White held executive and management positions at Safeway Stores, the Gillette Company, Nestle-Purina, and Coca-Cola, over a career spanning 30+ years.

In addition to his public company service, White also serves on several private boards and is currently the Executive Chairman, Bradshaw Home and board member at Panera, LLC. White continues to lend his vast experience to numerous non-profit organizations. He is the Chairman at Fair Trade USA. White is also a 2018 Stanford Fellow in the Distinguished Careers Institute
