<\/td>\nIF\u00a0 you are not a current or former board director of a publicly traded company, C-level executive of a publicly traded company, or a board director or C-level executive of a large or prominent private company<\/strong>, we are no longer accepting applications for this event. Please consider joining us at a future Directors’ College.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Directors\u2019 College is a program intended for current or former public company board directors at all levels of experience; current or former senior executives of publicly traded companies; board members or senior executives of large or prominent private companies; and prospective public or large private company directors who are likely to receive an appointment within the next 12 months. Acceptance of registration is at the discretion of the Program Directors, who may decline applications of unqualified candidates.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Historically, this event has been filled 1-2 months in advance with little capacity for registration after that time. We advise registering early next year to ensure your participation in the next Directors’ College.<\/p>\n

Submission of applications or registration will be acknowledged promptly by e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one hour of online application or registration submission, please contact us by phone at (650) 723-5905 or send an e-mail inquiry to rockprograms@law.stanford.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

General Tuition Rate<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/a>Payment Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Full payment must be received within 30 days of your registration date or by June 1, 2022, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in the cancellation of your registration.<\/p>\n

Group Tuition <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Send your board to Directors\u2019 College 2022. Group rates are available to companies who wish to send three or more of their directors or executives to the program. For more information or to receive the group registration code, please email the Stanford Rock Center at programs@law.stanford.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Continuing Legal Education<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The State Bar of California has approved this program for MCLE credit. Certification from other states may be sought; however, approved hours may vary. Contact your local bar for more information.<\/p>\n

Director Education Credits<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Directors’ College awards recertification credits to directors working toward maintaining their\u00a0NACD Directorship Certification<\/a>\u00ae<\/p>\n

<\/a>Cancellation and Substitution Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to rockprograms@law.stanford.edu<\/a>. Please review the cancellation and substitution policy carefully.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to March 31, 2022<\/strong>, registrants will be refunded the cost of tuition paid less the $50 processing fee.
\nBetween April 1, 2022, and June 11, 2022<\/strong>, registrants will be issued credit vouchers to attend the program in a future year, less the $50 processing fee.
\nOn or after June 14, 2022<\/strong>, registrants will\u00a0forfeit the entire program fee.<\/p>\n

Substitutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to March 31, 2022<\/strong>, registrants may be substituted at no cost.
\nBetween April 1, 2022, and June 13, 2022<\/strong>, substitutions\u00a0of qualified attendees approved by the program directors can be made for a $50 processing fee.
\nAfter June 14, 2022<\/b>, we will not accept substitutions<\/p>\n

<\/a>Affiliate Registration Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Rock Center Affiliates Program comprises corporations and law firms that serve as partners in developing Executive Education programs. If you are a member of the Affiliates Program or are the client of an affiliate, you may qualify for a scholarship or a discount.
