Historically, this event has been filled 1-2 months in advance with little capacity for registration after that time. We advise registering early next year to ensure your participation in the next Directors’ College.<\/p>\n

$8950 (after 3\/1\/2023)<\/p>\n

Payment Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Full payment must be received within 30 days of your registration date or by June 2, 2023, whichever comes first. Failure to submit payment will result in the cancellation of your registration.<\/p>\n

Group Tuition <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Send your board to Directors\u2019 College 2023. Group rates are available to companies that wish to send three or more of their directors or executives to the program. For more information or to receive the group registration code, please email the Stanford Rock Center at rockprograms@law.stanford.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Continuing Legal Education<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The State Bar of California has approved this program for MCLE credit. Certification from other states may be sought; however, approved hours may vary. Contact your local bar for more information.<\/p>\n

Director Education Credits<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Directors’ College awards recertification credits to directors working toward maintaining their\u00a0NACD Directorship Certification<\/a>\u00ae<\/p>\n
