Plenary Session – The New SEC

It’s a new world at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Corporate directors are interested in and concerned about the direction in which the agency might be headed. This plenary session, featuring SEC Commissioner and former Acting Chairman Mark Uyeda, will provide detailed, timely, and pragmatic guidance to directors wrestling with the implications of unprecedented change.
