Katie Lee counsels clients in a broad range of industries on compliance with data privacy and information security laws and regulations.
As part of her practice, Katie assists clients in assessing the framework of applicable data privacy and information security laws and regulations and implementing practical solutions. She has extensive experience in helping clients build data privacy compliance programs and advising on data privacy and information security issues in corporate transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and securities offerings. In addition, Katie advises clients on cybersecurity incident preparedness and response. She also routinely counsels clients on the data privacy and information security aspects of commercial and technology transactions.
Katie counsels US, non-US, and multinational clients at various stages of growth in multiple industry sectors, including technology, media, retail, insurance, healthcare and professional and financial services.
