Biography
As the leader of PwC’s Governance Insights Center, I bring extensive experience working closely with boards and senior executives of numerous Global Fortune 100/500 companies across various industries. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of holding several key leadership roles, including serving on PwC’s board of partners and the role of US and Mexico Assurance Operations Leader.
My responsibilities at PwC have also included leadership roles such as Office Managing Partner for the Greater Houston Market, Leader of the US West Region Assurance Practice, and Head of the Greater Houston Assurance Practice. I have led numerous high-profile audits and provided advisory services on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, sustainability (ESG), SEC/financial compliance, cybersecurity, IT governance, technical accounting nuances, and regulatory adherence.
Currently, I serve as a board member appointed by the Texas governor to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Additionally, I have contributed to the Accounting Advisory Council at Texas A&M and the Business Advisory Council at Trinity University.
