Biography
Wendy counsels public and private companies, and their boards, on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. A counsel in Fenwick’s New York office, Wendy advises clients on governance matters, ESG policy design, shareholder engagement, shareholder proposals, regulatory compliance and evolving regulatory developments, and mandatory and voluntary reporting and other disclosures. Before joining Fenwick, Wendy was a partner at an international law firm, where she represented public companies on securities compliance, corporate governance, equity offerings, and M&A transactions.
