(<strong>Note: Directors&#8217; College has reached capacity)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does conference registration include?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Conference registration includes two and a half days of sessions and meals from the evening of Monday, June 22, through Wednesday, June 24, 2026. Registration also includes conference materials and use of the Cvent Attendee Hub. Starting this year, attendees will have exclusive access to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A four-part virtual program \u2013&nbsp;<strong>AI Priorities for Boards of Directors<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 at no additional cost. Participants will gain a board-ready framework for AI oversight and practical tools applicable to board and committee decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new&nbsp;<strong>Stanford Directors\u2019 Network (SDN)<\/strong>&nbsp;platform. Founded by Stanford Women on Boards and open to all Stanford-affiliated directors, SDN is a community platform for board opportunities, thought leadership, and exclusive director programming (beginning in March 2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conference Add-ons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\">More information about Add-ons<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You are invited to add one of the following offerings to your Stanford Directors\u2019 College ticket. Each experience will include lunch on Monday, June 22, 2026. Partners\/spouses are welcome to participate in the golf or art tour\/wine tasting excursions.&nbsp;<strong><em>Note:&nbsp;<strong><em>These add-on sessions run concurrently.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>Participants<strong><em>&nbsp;can choose to attend one of the three options.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation and Substitution Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.law.stanford.edu\/directorscollege2023\/rates-and-registration\/rockprograms@law.stanford.edu\">rockprograms@law.stanford.edu<\/a>. Please review the cancellation and substitution policy carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registrants who cancel&nbsp;<strong>within 60 days of the registration date (through April 24, 2026)<\/strong>&nbsp;will be refunded the full cost of tuition paid less the $50 processing fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registrants who cancel&nbsp;<strong>more than 60 days after their registration date<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>(after April 2026)<\/strong>&nbsp;will be provided a credit memo to be used within 2 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Substitutions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Before June 1, 2026,<\/strong>&nbsp;qualified registrants may be substituted at no cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After<strong>&nbsp;June 1, 2026<\/strong>, we will not accept substitutions.
