The Violence Against Women Act

A presentation on the implementation and practical aspects of the Violence Against Women Act (Organized in conjunction with WSL). Because of the disproportionately high rate of missing and murdered indigenous women compared to the rest of the general population, we believe that it is important for all students who are considering Federal Indian Law as an area of practice to have a working knowledge of and respect for this act.
