Biography
Bryan Sinclair is the Sr. Director and Associate General Counsel of IP Litigation at Cisco Systems, Inc. where he oversees a talented team and the management of Cisco’s intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts, the Patent Office and PTAB, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court as well as numerous foreign jurisdictions. In addition to his J.D., Bryan also holds an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2017, Bryan was an IP litigation partner in K&L Gates’ Palo Alto office for over seven years and practiced in the IP litigation groups of several other international law firms over the course of his career. Bryan started his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
