Biography
Ken has more than 30 years of experience as an intellectual property litigator, technology transactions attorney and in-house counsel at a large technology company. He currently works as a full time neutral and has handled more than 200 mediation cases and been appointed 90 times as an arbitrator. Ken is a former federal judicial law clerk, federal prosecutor and veteran of the Apple-Samsung patent war.
