Biography
Omar Haroun is the co-founder & CEO of Eudia, an Augmented Intelligence platform transforming corporate legal functions from cost centers to value drivers. Eudia’s mission is to enable humans to achieve their highest good by augmenting human knowledge and expertise with AI. Under Omar’s leadership, Eudia has achieved record-setting revenue growth and raised $105M from top VCs including General Catalyst, Floodgate, and Sierra Ventures. Previously, Omar co-founded Text IQ, a pioneering AI company serving Global 2000 legal departments and government agencies. Text IQ was recognized as a Top 100 AI company by CB Insights and Fast Company before its acquisition by Relativity in 2021 in a 9-figure transaction.
A recognized expert at the intersection of AI, business, and ethics, Omar has led discussions on AI regulations, algorithmic bias, and responsible AI. Omar holds a JD and MBA from Columbia, an MA from Oxford (PPE, Ethics focus), and a BA from UC Berkeley. He was awarded the Champion of Change Award by President Obama in 2011.
