International Arbitration Expert & AI business advisor
Equity Partner at Cuatrecasas (2000-Present), specializing in international arbitration and AI integration for legal operations. Built and led the firm’s Asia offices (2005-2020) after being seconded to Skadden Arps New York office (2002-2004).
Led testing and implementation of multiple AI solutions including extractive AI, legal chatbots, and GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Harvey, vLex) for 1,700 users with 90% daily adoption rate.
Trusted advisor to LegalTech startups, designing AI business strategies and testing frameworks for multi-step reasoning solutions.
He lectures on commercial disputes resolution, participates in moot arbitrations and writes about arbitration on a regular basis. He also teaches Machine Learning, LLMs and Prompt Engineering at Wharton Business School, ESADE and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
