Biography
Teel has advised on over $6B in transactions since 2012, including venture financings (both company and investor side), public and private mergers and acquisitions, and over 30 venture fund and syndicate formations. He has been a part of the Bay Area venture community since 2016 as a legal-tech founder (backed by First Round Capital and Founder Collective), angel investor, and lawyer.
